Registering on the iHerb website

Follow these steps to create an iHerb account:

1. Open the iHerb website. You may be redirected automatically to a regional version of the site. For example, customers in Kazakhstan may see kz.iherb.com, while customers in Russia may see ru.iherb.com.

   If you need to choose the regional site yourself, open the country, language, and currency selector in the upper-right corner. Select your country and, if needed, choose the language and currency used to display the site.

2. Click “Sign In” in the upper-right corner. In the pop-up window, select “My Account”, or scroll down and choose “Create an Account”.
3. If you selected “My Account”, you will be taken to the sign-in page. Follow the “Create an Account” link there.
4. Enter the requested information:
   • Your email address or, in some countries, your mobile phone number. Email is often the more convenient option because you can receive information about your orders.
   • A password for signing in. iHerb may provide guidance on how to make the password more secure.

   You may also register using an account from Google, Facebook, or Apple. Select the relevant button, sign in if prompted, and grant iHerb the requested access.

5. If you want to receive iHerb promotional-code and sale information by email, select the relevant consent checkbox. This is optional.
6. Click “Create Account”.
7. You may receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Follow the link in that message to complete registration.

Once registration is complete, you can shop on iHerb. Sign in before placing an order so that your account information and order details are available.

Registering in the iHerb app

To register through the iHerb mobile app:

1. Download and install the official iHerb app:
